How to use
Chicken Tikka Skewers
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken, diced
- 1 tbsp Classic Tikka Tandoori Paste
- 1 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 20ml oil
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: extra ginger, garlic, and chili for added spice
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken with Classic Tikka Tandoori Paste, chickpea flour, yogurt, oil, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. For spicier skewers, add extra ginger, garlic, and chili.
- Cover and marinate the chicken mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (or prepare a BBQ grill).
- Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Cook skewers on the BBQ grill or in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve the Chicken Tikka Skewers on a bed of rice with raita on the side, or use them to make Butter Chicken curry.
Can also be used with lamb, paneer, mushrooms & cauliflower.
