Miso (soybeans, rice, salt), onion, apple, fermented Japanese soy sauce (wheat), pure sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, organic shiitake mushrooms, organic Tasmanian bull kelp, sea salt, and chilli.
How to use
How to use
- Stir-fry vegetables (cabbage, beansprouts, carrots, etc.) and/or 50g of sliced or minced chicken or pork in sesame oil until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add 250ml of cold water to the stir-fry, bring to a boil, and then stir in 2 tbsp of SAORI Miso Ramen Broth. Simmer for a few more minutes.
- Serve over your favourite noodles.
- Enjoy your homemade Sapporo Miso Ramen!
