How to use
How to use
To serve 4-6 people:
- Sauté 1kg of your preferred protein or vegetables in a small amount of oil.
- Add 1 jar of Rogan Josh curry paste and 1 jar of water to the pan.
- Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked.
- Optionally, stir in yogurt before serving for added creaminess.
- For extra spice, include additional ginger, garlic, and chili during Step 1 of cooking.
