How to use

Rice vermicelli (Bún) is a versatile Vietnamese noodle used in a variety of fresh and cooked dishes. It is commonly served in Vietnamese vermicelli bowls, paired with grilled meats, fresh vegetables and herbs, or used in dishes such as Bun Cha Gio (vermicelli with spring rolls).

To prepare, soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes until tender, then rinse with cold water. The noodles can be served immediately in salads, noodle bowls or rice paper rolls. Cooked vermicelli can also be refrigerated for up to 24 hours without losing texture.
