After immersing herself in the spices and culinary diversity of southern India while working in Chennai, Janet melded these regional influences to create something uniquely delicious.
Now based in Melbourne, she passionately crafts preservative free pickles and chutneys using local produce and Australian-made ingredients. What started as a humble kitchen endeavour has blossomed into Pickle Me, a beloved brand showcased in farmers' markets, specialty shops, and IGA supermarkets across Australia.
