Raised on a farm in Vietnam, Hien's early exposure to organic gardening shaped her belief that "Food IS Medicine" and inspired her commitment to creating nourishing meals.
Forced to flee her homeland at 12, Hien's experience in a Malaysian refugee camp underscored the vital role of nutritious food in sustaining health amidst adversity.
