Forced to flee her homeland at 12, Hien's experience in a Malaysian refugee camp underscored the vital role of nutritious food in sustaining health amidst adversity.

Since resettling in Australia in 1991, Hien has merged traditional Vietnamese flavours with local ingredients, culminating in Seeds & Such—a celebration of real, organic, GMO free food.
