Each sauce is crafted locally in small batches, using freshly roasted spices and the finest Australian ingredients. Tomato, Onion, Olive Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Tamarind, Salt, Herbs & Spices

To serve 4-6 people:

1. Sauté 1kg of your preferred protein or vegetables in a small amount of oil.
2. Add 1 jar of Rogan Josh curry paste and 1 jar of water to the pan.
3. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cooked.
4. Optionally, stir in yogurt before serving for added creaminess.
5. For extra spice, include additional ginger, garlic, and chili during Step 1 of cooking.
