How to use

Viet Haus pho rice noodles are designed for traditional Vietnamese pho but can also be used in a variety of Asian noodle dishes.

To prepare, soak the noodles in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes until soft and tender.

Serve them in a bowl of hot broth with sliced beef, chicken or tofu, then add fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime and chilli to create a classic Vietnamese pho noodle soup.
