Thanks Darl's journey started on a lazy Sunday over a chocolate milkshake, inspiring Laura and Joel to reimagine healthier, delicious snacks. With Joel's support, Laura's idea evolved into Darl Bars after refining 286 recipes over five months.
In 2020, Thanks Darl launched at the Mullumbimby markets with Chai, Turmeric, and Chocolate varieties, quickly winning over the community with their distinct flavours.
