Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of The Broth Sisters Fermented Chilli
  • 2 tablespoons of tamari
  • 1/2 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 150 grams of cooked noodles


Method:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a heavy-based pan over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes until it starts to sizzle.
  2. Add the finely chopped garlic, The Broth Sisters Chilli Paste, tamari, rice vinegar, shallots, and parsley to the pan. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
