Ingredients
- 3 tbsp SPICETUB Red Pesto Pasta Mix
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 440g Bocconcini Balls (2 tubs)
- 2 Punnets Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Short Skewers
- Optional: Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
- Add the SPICETUB Red Pesto Pasta Mix to a small bowl along with 3 tbsp of water. Stir and let it stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Add the olive oil, stir to combine, and then add the bocconcini balls. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavour.
- Skewer one cherry tomato, one bocconcini ball, a folded basil leaf, and another cherry tomato onto each skewer.
- Optional: Drizzle balsamic glaze over the skewers just before serving.
