Kristen Carroll, a yoga and meditation teacher, is the heart and soul behind Frank n Al Chai, a handcrafted organic chai brand inspired by her search for the perfect blend. When she couldn’t find a chai that was organic, well-balanced, and free from excessive sugar and caffeine, she decided to make her own.

What started as a personal quest soon grew into a beloved small-batch business, with Kristen and her son Buddy carefully hand-blending their chai on the serene Bellarine Peninsula. Named in honour of her influential grandparents, Frank n Al Chai embodies tradition, quality, and a passion for mindful living.

Kristen’s unique blend uses only the finest organic ingredients, carefully selected for their depth of flavour and nourishing properties. Each cup offers a smooth, aromatic experience—warming, comforting, and free from artificial additives or overpowering sweetness.
