JAPANESE STYLE SALMON

Japanese Style Salmon

Serves 2

 

Ingredients 

 

2 tbsp sesame oil 

2 tbsp tamari

1/2 tbsp raw honey

1 tbsp Broth Sisters Umami 

1 tbsp lime juice

1/4 tsp salt 

2 salmon fillets

150 grams rocket leaves

 

Method 

 

Combine sesame oil, tamari, honey, umami, lime juice and salt in a shallow bowl. Mix well to create a marinade. 

Place salmon fillets in the bowl, coating with the marinade. 

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Transfer salmon (skin side down) to a non-stick fry pan, with the marinade.

Cover, and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes (cook for longer if you prefer well cooked salmon). 

Serve on a bed of rocket leaves with a wedge of lime.
